Moments With Madi - June 14th

We're Going to Miami!

Today (June 14th!) marks the start of a week long mission trip to Miami! With a team of fourteen high school students from Orlando, Jacksonville, FL, and Atlanta, GA we’ll spend the next seven days serving and reaching out down in south Florida. We will be collaborating with the collegiate Cru staff there with the goal of launching a full time Cru high school presence in Miami in the future.

These two guys (with their super cool, photogenic stances :) will be helping to lead a workshop for their peers on how to share the Gospel.

This will be Cru High School’s 3rd year going on mission to Miami and so we’ve built partnerships with several local high schools. They are allowing us access to their campuses during exciting summer activities, like football programs and band camp. Wahoo! Our team of high schoolers will have opportunities to share Christ with Miami high schoolers by simply stepping out in faith to the opportunities that God provides at these schools. Our prayer is that our students who attend this mission with us will go back to their own cities (Orlando, Jacksonville, and Atlanta) trained and excited to reach their campuses for Jesus Christ.

~ How You Can Pray for the Miami Summer Mission ~

Unity in our team of staff and students.

God's guidance for outreaches on Monday 6/18 and Tuesday 6/19. Those days are currently open and we're praying for accessibility to high schools in the city to reach out to.

Our students would have their faith in the Lord increase this week and we would all surrender ourselves to God to let Him direct our daily lives.

Specifically for three girls, Karina, Samantha, and Lauryn who are new in their relationship with God to grow to trust Him more! It’s their first mission trip!

That God would draw many people in Miami into a relationship with Him.
